The Suzuki Alto 2014 is actually the first automatic car manufactured in India. The car started its production in 2008 and comes as a 5 door hatchback with front Wheel drive. The New Suzuki Celerio is equipped with K10B, a 3 cylinder all aluminium 998cc SOHC engine built especially for the new redesigned Alto. The new engine is capable of 68 horsepower at 3500 rpm and a torque of 47 Nm at 6200 rpm which allows the car to reach a top speed of 155 km/h and its goes for a 100 km/h in 13.5 seconds. The new Indian Suzuki Alto comes with the new automated manual transmission or a 5 speed manual transmission and it has a fuel economy of 20 to 23 kilometers per liter.

Since the car is very Cheap, it does not have that impressive features but it is definitely better than the older version. The new Alto is comfy and roomier than before, has a nice interior, the new exterior is also impressive and has a 3 star safety rating . Also you can own it for just 5600 to 6600 US $. The new indian Alto is not better than the Japanese version in every aspect except performance but since it is far more cheaper and affordable, i say "buy it" to those who have a tight budget.
