The one of the most economical car in Pakistan. Suzuki mehran is one of the most bought and sold car in Pakistan as well as the cheapest car. 

Description

 The Suzuki mehran do not carries any special features. It has a 4 stroke 3 cylinder 796cc Engine with overhead camshaft (OHC) cooled by water capable of maximum output of 29.4/5500 (kw/rpm) and a maximum torque of 29/3000 (N.m/rpm). It also has an Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) which gives this car better fuel economy and mileage. The car has a manual transmission with 4 front gears and a reverse.

The Suzuki mehran has no special features except a Compressed Natural Gas technology (CNG) giving this car better fuel economy and mileage.

It has a seating capacity of 5 people with 5 doors, 5th being the hatchback and a fuel tank of 30 liters for patrol and 40 liters for CNG.

Types and Price

There are two types of Suzuki Mehran.

1. Suzuki Mehran Euro 2 VX  (620000 Pakistan Rupees)
2. Suzuki Mehran Euro 2 VXR (678000 Pakistani Rupees)

The Suzuki Mehran VXR costs more because it has better seat covers and Air Conditioning System. And also matching color bumpers.

Fuel Economy

This car is one of the best Fuel Efficient cars in Pakistan. 

• City: 23 kilometers per liter
• Highway: 28 kilometers per liter 

Conclusion

 In my opinion, i would never buy this car because this car does not even have the most basic features which every car should have like central locking, Cd player, power steering etc. The only feature i like about this car is the Cigarette Lighter :P

 India has manufactured a better car (Tata Nano) then Suzuki Mehran which offers better features like tubeless tires, centeral Locking System, better suspension and far more better mileage and which is in fact more cheaper then Suzuki Mehran.
